I still publish new material on seelemons.com whenever I find something intriguing to write about. This monthly newsletter is to give a heads up about those articles that might be interesting.

Theme of the Month - Investments

The two questions that led me to the posts for January were:

  • “What would you do if you had enough capital for 4 years? What would you build? How does this change your life?”

  • “What would someone think about if they won the lottery?”

I’m not saying I won the lottery, but there have been gains from both the stock and crypto markets.

  • Strategic Investments and Portfolio Management - General money management strategy. I only make short term bets with a small % of my wealth and continually rebalance across asset classes. This is not investment advice, but hopefully it inspires you to balance your portfolio and look longer term.

  • 30 Communities and Your Role - I took a step back to think about which passionate communities I enjoy working with and how I want to help it advance. It determines who I spend my time around.

  • 30 Things to Do With Crypto - For those new to the crypto market, it’s much more than just hodling your tokens. You can explore the ecosystem through experimenting with the existing dapps.

  • Wills, Trusts, and Digital Legacy - A logical next step to thinking about investments is how to pass it onto the next generation. This was a useful exercise in baselining what I find important and setting longer term goals.

Some ideas for the month of Feb:

  • 30 Pieces of Advice to Myself for seelemons.com

  • 30 DeFi Buzzwords

  • 30 Things I Don’t Care About

  • 30 Things Someone with Crypto May Want to Know

Thank you for reading and I hope everyone stays safe!

Please suggest a list of 30 and I’ll write it! I’ve written over 200 lists of 30 and only publish ones that I think other people would enjoy. It’s my fun brainstorming routine.
