I still publish new material on seelemons.com whenever I find something intriguing to write about. This monthly newsletter is to give a heads up about those articles that might be interesting.
Theme of the Month - Doing Less and Friends
The questions that led me to the posts for June were:
Will you ever retire? What is financial security?
What don’t you want to do?
Wen Merge? What after Merge?
I love going to weddings. They’re so lovely and heart warming. It puts all of the crazy world into perspective of relationships and quality time. Money is meant to be spent and not saved. The construct of money has made us overly concerned with things that don’t matter after there’s a level of financial stability based on our skillset and ability to contribute to projects and society.
The blogposts I’ve published this month were:
30 Benefits of “Working” - I am in the ‘never retire’ crowd because collaboration through “working” is too valuable to give up. I understand that most people who work up to management will likely want to step back from the bureaucracy at an older age, but as an individual contributor, I always want feedback and collaboration with smarter people.
30 To-not-dos - Do less and delegate the things you don’t want to do to experts. Some things are fine as a learning experience, while others you just don’t want to mess up.
30 ETH2 Merge Narratives - The Merge will hopefully dig us out of this crypto slump. In either case, the value of the development community will continue to expand. Bear markets will have bearish news.
Some ideas for July 2022? Summer is here and so is the bear market. Time to hibernate.
Thank you for reading and I hope everyone stays safe!
Please suggest a list of 30 and I’ll write it! I’ve written 230+ lists of 30 and only publish ones that I think other people would enjoy. It’s my fun brainstorming routine.
