Theme of the Month - More AI and Jackson Hole Trip
The questions that led me to the posts for June 2023 were:
How do I use AI to summarize 100s of books of self-help advice?
What generative AI image tools have you used and what do you like to prompt?
How was your trip to Jackson Hole, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone?
Markets were on a rip this month and I couldn’t care less. The summer weather has made my brain destress and worry about the things that matter - time. Wealthy is not about having money, but it’s about having time. I can choose to be wealthy by tempering my ambition and enjoying the moments. Perspective is everything to living a joyful and connected life.
Jackson Hole has been incredible and I owe it all to Vinessa for doing the heavy lifting. She organized all the tours and did all the extra overhead planning for making sure Evie had everything she needed. I’m lucky to be with a genuinely caring person that will prioritize the family’s needs in front of her own. It’s something I don’t think I can match in breadth and detail. Momma bear knows best.
The blogposts I’ve published this month were:
30 Self Help Pieces of Advice - Why not use AI to do a group of book summaries and add references? This was such a great rabbit hole of doing research on a random topic in a different way (that somewhat feels like cheating).
30 Generative AI Image Experiments - I’m still making random images from different prompts. The latest Midjourney v5.2 allows for a zoom-out feature so you can start with close-up portraits and add a fitting background around it. The article doesn’t cover this, but I feel like I need to do a post a month about using the newest tools.
[Travel Advice] Grand Teton Range - What a wonderful week-long trip of tours and incredibly scenic views. I’m blessed to be able to take the time off and show Evie these national parks.
Some ideas for July 2023? After starting Wanessa Labs, Inc. I’m thinking about doing fewer lists of 30 and more 30 day challenges creating creative digital assets or growing a reputation by describing experiments. More of this to come. I may keep it to 2 posts per month so I can do chunkier projects.
40 under 40 - I have triumphantly completed my 30 under 30 but I’ve taken a bit of a break the past 6 years due to procrastination. I would like to set new goals and tackle them.
“Our Life in Lists of 30” Book - I really need to publish this second book. I already wrote so much, but I want to complete this stage of my life so I can move forward to “Her Life in Lists of 30”
Thank you for reading and I hope everyone stays safe!
Please suggest a list of 30 and I’ll write it! I’ve written 250+ lists of 30 and only publish ones that I think other people would enjoy. It’s my fun brainstorming routine.
