Random Observation/Comment #878: I’ve carefully considered what I’ve outsourced to Clembot and the process of writing lists is definitely not fully one of them. I don’t want to stop exercising the part of my brain that does hard things.
//Early day faceswap with Midjourney and Insightfaceswap - Faceswap Guide
I wanted to make a JARVIS. At the most basic, it’d be my personal assistant that could read from my multiple phone apps, understand multi-modal inputs by tapping into audio and video feeds, and simply remember important things for me with reminders. LLMs solved for one of the harder parts - understanding human language and responding with plausible understanding of complex tasks. The next evolution with Large Action Model (LAM), MCP, and A2A Protocol creates choices from AI Agents that solve for the broader capabilities.
What kept me interested and iterating was the slew of additional features I realized I could unlock beyond the GPT reasoning parameters. I don’t necessarily want a living God-like AGI/ASI walking-talking Internet personified in a robot. I actually want a digital twin of myself with reinforcement learning human feedback that I can teach to create a broader long term memory on my local private machine (preferably phone). I wanted to build a private Small Language Model (SLM) or inexpensive mini-model with downloaded learned packages that reflect my interests so I can customize the AI to simulate how I interact with the digital world.
With this goal, my private SLM can create a public web persona that showcases what I currently spend a lot of time curating through RSS feeds and social networks. In the age of READ-WRITE-OWN, I want to focus on the next era of TRAIN. I would be responsible for training my personal AI Agent to go off and interpret the complexities of the digital world (maybe by talking to other personal and enterprise AI Agents). Where would my private agent live? Hopefully, MetaMask.

Here’s more details on my journey with AI through a few important chapters:
Chapter 1: First Contact with the Machines (Late 2022 – Early 2023)
30 ChatGPT Musings and Use Cases - My initial exploration into ChatGPT's capabilities where I thought about its potential to revolutionize various aspects of daily life.
30 Areas AI Takes Over - Speculations on domains where AI could significantly impact or replace human roles.
30 Common AI Requests - A compilation of frequent tasks people sought AI assistance for, highlighting emerging trends. This could probably use an update, but all of these are surprisingly easy to do today with ChatGPT.
30 Practical AI Tools - An inventory of AI tools that proved useful in enhancing productivity and creativity from early 2023.
Chapter 2: Institutionalizing AI Curiosity (Mid 2023)
30 Ideas for an Applied AI Working Group - Proposals for forming a team dedicated to exploring AI applications and assisting with human productivity and processes within the organization.
30 Generative AI Image Experiments - Experiments with AI-generated imagery. This was a surprisingly fun one to revisit when I could just prompt it within GPT4o.
Faceswap Guide - A tutorial on leveraging AI for face-swapping. I still love doing faceswaps for funsies.
30 AI and AGI Trends - Identifying patterns and projections in AI and AGI development trajectories.
Chapter 3: Automation Reckoning and Existential Dread (Late 2023)
30 Roles Facing AI Automation - An analysis of professions susceptible to AI-driven changes.
30 Ways I've Prepared for AI Takeover - Personal strategies to adapt to an AI-dominated landscape.
30 AI Risks - Identifying potential pitfalls and ethical concerns associated with AI advancements.
30 Human Ages of GPT - A satirical take on the evolution of GPT models, personifying their growth stages.
30 More AI Insights (Oct 2023) - Additional reflections and observations on AI developments during the period.
Chapter 4: Clembot Emerges (Early to Mid 2024)
30 Clembot Interviews Challenge - Initiating a series of interviews with my AI persona, Clembot, to explore various topics.
30 Clembot Interview Reflections - Insights gained from the interview series, assessing AI's conversational capabilities. I wound up getting 10k+ views on these shorts.
30 Clembot Zoom Backgrounds - Creative endeavors to integrate Clembot into virtual meeting aesthetics. I just set him as a background video and Clembot just dropped by during meetings.
NotebookLM My Book - Utilizing AI tools to compile and reflect upon my writings, enhancing the creative process. I can probably update this to how I used this tool for mapping Tokenomics topics.
Chapter 5: AI and Web3 Convergence (Late 2024)
30 AI and Crypto Narratives - Exploring the intersection of AI technologies and cryptocurrency ecosystems. This was so hot for web3 pivots.
30 Buzzwords Unveiling the Future - Deciphering emerging terminologies shaping the AI discourse.
30 Ways AI Becomes Dystopian - Contemplating scenarios where AI could lead to unfavorable societal outcomes. This was great.
30 OpenAI Sora Observations - Analyzing OpenAI's Sora and its implications for media and digital economies. We are probably already here where everything digital could be AI generated. What’s the point?
Chapter 6: AGI Playbooks and Beyond (2025)
30 Steps in the AGI Playbook - Outlining potential strategies and considerations in the pursuit of Artificial General Intelligence. We’re already giving up some of our analytics and creativity with a higher dependence on AI.
30 Things that Won’t change in the next 5 years - I was grounding myself in things that are real and things that won’t matter.
30 New AI Careers - Envisioning emerging professions in a post-labor economy influenced by AI. The more I see how far AI has come, the more this changes to just living in the woods.
Chapter 7: Vibe Experimenting (2025)
Vibe App Building Experiments - Building fun gaming applications that don’t have ads. Perhaps I don’t need to install a public ad-filled game like Sudoku or SpellingBee, but I can have a good-enough one installed locally for fun.
Lists of 30 App - I’ve already mapped this out for turning my whole Lists of 30 brand of writing and process into a fun productivity and life collections of articles app. I’d also say these lists of 30 could be training outputs for your AI.
AI Conversations - Daily conversations with the memory of my AI to solve my problems and help me with organization
You can chat with my Clembot via ElevenLabs here: https://elevenlabs.io/app/talk-to?agent_id=iRap3c50vESYY5JuvaBp
AI Automation within Marketing and DAOs - This has been built to a small extent for DIN. Most things are automated through AIDIN.
AI Workflows with Agents - I started experimenting with this with my local n8n instances, but I haven’t written these out for sharing just yet.
